Dexter 8” Scalloped Bread Knife

Comfortably cut and slice through crusty bread and sandwiches of all sizes with control using our 8-inch Scalloped Bread Knife, specifically designed for those who want the most from their professional cutlery. As part of our Dexter-Russell V-LO Collection, this bread knife features a patented, innovative handle design built for comfort and control. Our knife is made from high-performance Santoprene, which looks, feels, and behaves like rubber, but has a longer performance lifespan. It is soft to the touch but has the firmness you need. The handle is also safely secured to our proprietary, stain-free, high carbon steel blade with an impenetrable seal.

• Composite handle that fuses the soft comfort of Santoprene with the firm control of a polypropylene core
• Sharp, scalloped, high carbon 8-inch steel blade that is individually ground with a honed edge
• The points of the scallops easily break through tough bread crusts without damaging the soft interior
• Blade is secured to handle with an impervious seal for utmost sanitation and durability
• Made in the USA
